The shuttle-throwing buffer sliding box assembly of GA615 textile machine is installed below the edge of reed frame wood (dragon). It is composed of leather rings, sliding box, guide plate, bracket and other accessories. The function of shuttle-throwing buffer sliding box is to ensure that the shuttle-throwing bar of loom damages the reed frame wood in the course of movement and that the shuttle is stable and reliable in flight and return. Two sets of looms are used.
Double-hole leather ring bracket, fixed and stable installation, reduce the force area of reed frame, increase the service life of sliding box. Textile leather ring is selected according to the width of the loom door. Textile buffer rings of 275 or 277,100 or 110 inches with 285 or 298 inner diameter are used for 56 inches or more.
The sliding box 2676/2677 of GA615 loom is also fixed by two holes, which not only enhances the stability, but also ensures the shuttle to fly normally on the wide loom, but also increases the resistance of the shuttle board when it strikes the leather ring.
The sliding box design of GA615 double-treadle 56 loom and 75 loom can effectively reduce vibration and prolong the service life of the Dragon (reed frame and reed base). Loom shuttle parts, buffer parts and sliding box components are provided by Xinda Textile Machinery.
